b. The product is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
c. You initiate the refund request within 30 days from the date of delivery.

d. Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to reasons such as quality, size, or color, you may request a refund. Please note that return shipping costs may apply in this case.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

e. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, Eden Lume will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
